If you or your child needs extra support and you’re not sure where to turn, you don’t have to figure it out alone. ABA-LLC is proud to provide Targeted Case Management Services throughout Kentucky.

Targeted Case Management in the state of Kentucky is a fully funded service through Medicaid. Services are available for adult individuals with severe mental illness (SMI), substance use disorders (SUD), or children with severe emotional disabilities (SED).

Our Targeted Case Managers work directly with families to help coordinate services, reduce stress, and make sure children get the support they need.
