Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in communities across KY with immediate need in the London, KY area.
- Provide RBT services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities who are enrolled in an intensive early intervention program.
- Provide ABA therapy based upon the intervention program designed and overseen by a BCBA.
- Implement the early intervention program as agreed upon by client and BCBA.
- Keep data collection and documentation as required to bill the identified funding stream.
Position Requirements:
- 18+
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Complete RBT training (provided by ABA, LLC) within 6 months of starting the training.
- Compensation: $20/hour
BCBA or Behavioral Specialist – Home & Community Based Behavioral Services
We are actively hiring for this role in communities across KY with immediate need in Lexington, Louisville, and Somerset areas.
- Provide behavioral support services to individuals with disabilities in their homes and various settings in the community.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments , write Behavioral Support Plans, and monitor the ongoing progress of your clients.
- Train caregivers and staff on Behavioral Support Plans.
- Participate in person-centered team meetings.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in human services field with graduate coursework in behavior modification.
- 1 year experience in Behavioral Programming.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is a plus, but it is not required for this role. If you are pursuing a BCBA certification, we can provide you with supervision through our CoachABA program.
- Contract rate varies on experience: $65 to $88/hour
BCBA – In-Clinic Early Intervention Programs
We are actively hiring for this role in communities across KY with immediate need in Lexington, Louisville, and Somerset areas.
- Conduct VP-MAPP Assessments.
- Develop behavioral goals, objectives, and programming.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS).
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in human services field with graduate coursework in behavior modification.
- 1 year experience in Behavioral Programming.
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Compensation: 70/30 split of billed services.
BEHAVIOR ANALYST or BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
- Completing Functional Assessments of problem behaviors and/or skill deficits for individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
- Development of Behavior Support Plans to help decrease problem behaviors and increasing functional replacement behaviors.
- Training staff and families to implement the behavior support plan strategies.
- Monitoring of the plan including observations and graphing of data.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree with graduate course work in Behavior Modification.
- 1 year experience in Behavioral Programming.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst preferred.
- Contract rate varies on experience: $55 to $80/hour.
COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT (CLS) or BEHAVIOR THERAPIST
- Working directly with clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities (Many are children with autism) to complete activities of daily living including routine household care and maintenance, personal hygiene, shopping, money management, socialization, relationship building, leisure choices, participation in generic community activities, and therapeutic goals.
- Implementing behavior support plans including communication skills and functional replacement behaviors.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (prefer college experience)
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Contract rate varies on experience: $10 to $12.50/hour.
PSYCHOLOGIST
- Administration of psychological testing, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Working directly with clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
- Helping clients to resolve personal issues or interpersonal problems
- Substance abuse or chemical dependency for clients with acquired brain injury
- Building and maintaining healthy relationships with others
- Helping to develop social skills
- Developing skills to cope with and adjust to a brain injury including the use of cognitive remediation strategies consisting of the development of compensatory memory and problem solving strategies, and management of impulsivity
- Increasing the knowledge and awareness of the effects of the acquired brain injury upon the ABI clients functioning and social interaction.
Position Requirements:
- Licensed Psychologist or Psychologist with Autonomous Functioning
- Contract rate varies on experience: $65 to $100/hour
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
- Speech language habilitation services to assist the individual in obtaining the highest possible level of functioning.
- Speech therapy assessments
- Training of other providers on services to assist providers in improving the individual’s level of functioning
Position Requirements:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Contract rate varies on experience: $55 to $65/hour
