ABA-LLC seeks a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in Louisville, KY! Work in the community and/or in our bustling clinical space! ABA-LLC provides supports to people of all ages, coming from a variety of backgrounds. Our client base is made up of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), verbal aggression, self-injurious behavior, developmental disabilities, and more. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting with clients for interview and observation process; identifying goals and what behaviors stand in the way of meeting these goals
- Setting goals and objectives for clients
- Creating Behavior Support Plans, and monitoring their implementation
- Supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians)
- Maintaining and filing progress notes
- Continuing ABA education
- Providing compassionate, person-centered ABA therapy
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $56.00 – $88.00 per hour
Work Location: In person. In client homes, and in our clinic space.
