Every spring/summer we send satisfaction surveys to all of our clients, their guardians, and case managers asking them to rate our clinical services. The responses are anonymous, allowing those we serve to honestly express their opinions. Approximately 80% of case managers, and 1/3 of all guardians and clients return the anonymous surveys. The results are very exciting. Across all areas (clinical work/behavioral results, the behavior analyst/specialists interpersonal skills, and overall satisfaction), ABA received high ratings for each of the quality indicators. We are excited to share those results with you.


SUMMARY OF 2013 SURVEYS: (469 respondents)                    

  1.   99% of responding Case Mangers, 92% of Guardians, and 94% of Clients  strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I would recommend ABA, LLC services to others”

  2.   99% of Case Managers,  93% of Clients, and 92% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I am satisfied with the behavioral services I receive from ABA, LLC.

  3.   98% of Case Managers and 86% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The plan has helped to improve the quality of the individual’s life.”

  4.   99% of Case Managers, 94% of Clients, and 94% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The behavior specialist listens to concerns.”

  5.   96% of Case Managers, 93% of Clients, and 90% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “My behavior specialist addresses concerns in a timely manner.”

  1. 97% of responding Case Mangers, 95% of Guardians, and 98% of Clients  strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I would recommend ABA, LLC services to others”

  2. 98% of Clients, 96% of Case Managers, and 94% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I am satisfied with the behavioral services I receive from ABA, LLC.

  3. 95% of Case Managers and 90% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The plan has helped to improve the quality of the individual’s life.”

  4. 98% of Clients, 94% of Case Managers and 96% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The behavior specialist listens to concerns.”

  5. 97% of Clients, 94% of Guardians, and 88% of Case Managers strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “My behavior specialist addresses concerns in a timely manner.”



SUMMARY OF 2011 SURVEYS: (331 respondents)

  1. 99% of responding Case Mangers, 91% of Guardians, and 96% of Clients  strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I would recommend ABA, LLC services to others”

  2. 96% of Clients, 98% of Case Managers, and 90% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I am satisfied with the behavioral services I receive from ABA, LLC. (None disagreed or strongly disagreed)

  3. 96% of Case Managers and 82% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The plan has helped to improve the quality of the individual’s life.”

  4. 92% of Clients, 98% of Case Managers and 95% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The behavior specialist listens to concerns.”

  5. 97% of Clients, 90% of Guardians, and 96% of Case Managers strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “My behavior specialist addresses concerns in a timely manner.”

  1. 100% of responding Case Mangers, 88% of Guardians, and 94% of Clients  strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I would recommend ABA, LLC services to others” (None disagreed or strongly disagreed)

  2. 98% of Clients, 99% of Case Managers, and 88% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the following statement: “I am satisfied with the behavioral services I receive from ABA, LLC. (None disagreed or strongly disagreed)

  3. 85% of Case Managers and 75% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The plan has helped to improve the quality of the individual’s life.”

  4. 98% of Clients, 97% of Case Managers and 87% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The behavior specialist listens to concerns.”

  5. 94% of Clients, 82% of Guardians, and 98% of Case Managers strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “My behavior specialist addresses concerns in a timely manner.”

  4. 97% of Clients, 95% of Case Managers and 94% of Guardians strongly agreed or agreed with the statement “The behavior specialist listens to concerns.” (None Disagreed)
